I must say that in working for Factora for 30 years I have not seen a factory that surpasses Castles discipline in terms of quality of product and their Manufacturing processes. The attitude of the engineers in their work reflects highly in the end product. If this philosophy was adopted widely in our manufacturing base we would be hard to beat!
